Built on Cloudflare Workers with Claude API. --- ## Enterprise Experience ### Salesforce — Principal Product Designer, Sales Cloud (2021–2025) Sole designer for Salesforce's Account Based Selling initiative. **Account Plans** — Strategic account planning feature integrating external data sources and AI-powered research. Challenged the original scope after identifying a mismatch between the project assignment and customer needs. Expanded from narrow Action Plans to the strategic layer of account planning. Pitched expansion to SVP of Product and GM with research partner's data — 30+ customer interviews. Launched at Dreamforce 2024, GA Winter '25. One of the first features built on SLDS2/Cosmos design system. Internally recognized as one of Sales Cloud's fastest-adopted features. **Account Agent** — Designed conversational AI interface enabling sales reps to query account data, analyze opportunities, and generate insights through natural language. Collaborated with Einstein platform team on UX patterns for enterprise AI at scale. Part of the broader Agentforce initiative. **Salesforce Go** — Company-wide initiative to redesign the entire admin setup experience. After onboarding, identified that the real problem was distribution — every team across Salesforce needed to adopt Go, but most had no designer. The specs were excellent; the problem was getting them to every team that needed them. **Guided Tours** — Pitched interactive product tours to the Director of UX as an alternative to static feature documentation. Built first tours (Forecasting, Revenue Intelligence) with PM Austin Tam and content designer Colleen Casey. Testing showed users understanding features faster. Created Figma templates architected so files translate directly into SLDS components — a repeatable pipeline. Service Cloud adopted the templates for their own feature demos. **Agentic CMS** — Built an AI agent in two days using Go help documentation as a canonical knowledge base. Chat-based: clarifies Go structure, answers questions, generates design-system-compliant interactive HTML/CSS/JS prototypes. Presented to product managers; senior PMs shared it to an internal Slack channel with thousands of people — positioned as self-service Go onboarding. **AI Advocacy** — Delivered the Design Org's first presentation on AI coding assistants.
