Salesforce — Principal Product Designer, Sales Cloud (2021–2025)
Account Plans — Sole designer for Salesforce's Account Based Selling initiative. Challenged the original scope, expanded from narrow Action Plans to the strategic layer of account planning. Launched at Dreamforce 2024, GA Winter '25. One of Sales Cloud's fastest-adopted features.
Agentic CMS — Built an AI agent in two days that generates design-system-compliant pages from help documentation. Presented to product managers; senior PMs shared it to an internal Slack channel with thousands of people.
Guided Tours — Pitched interactive product tours as an alternative to static documentation. Built first tours with PM and content designer. Created Figma templates architected for direct SLDS component conversion. Service Cloud adopted the templates.
Account Agent — Designed conversational AI interface for enterprise sales reps. Part of the Agentforce initiative.

Workday — Senior Product Designer, Analytics (2019–2021)
Discovery Boards — Dashboard and ad-hoc analysis platform. Led design through general release. Core contributions: drag-and-drop query building, real-time visualization updates, shareable board states. Contributed heatmap and waterfall chart types to Workday's visualization library.
GE Digital — Senior Product Designer, BHGE (2017–2019)
Mantle Design System — Led creation of BHGE's design system after the Oil & Gas merger. Major contributor across teams in California and Bengaluru.
AI/ML Applications — Partnered with data science on Semantic Knowledge Management, Tag Mapping, and Productizer.

Gracenote / Tribune (2010–2014) — Director of UX and Product Manager. TV, movie, music, sports metadata. CES demos, reference apps, data management.
CastTV (2008–2010) — Sole designer and front-end developer. Video search startup, 4M monthly users. Acquired by Tribune Media Services.
